On otettava aidosti k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00f6n p\u00e4\u00e4t\u00f6ksenteon l\u00e4heisyysperiaate eli julkisen vallan p\u00e4\u00e4t\u00f6kset on teht\u00e4v\u00e4 mahdollisemman l\u00e4hell\u00e4 ihmist\u00e4 ja byrokratiassa k\u00e4sitelt\u00e4v\u00e4 alimmalla mahdollisella tasolla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rakennusten energiatehokkuusdirektiivi sis\u00e4lt\u00e4\u00e4 ehdotuksia rakennusten energiankulutuksen ja p\u00e4\u00e4st\u00f6jen leikkaamisesta. EU:ssa \u00e4\u00e4nestetty parlamentin neuvottelukanta on joustamaton ja pakottaisi Suomessa yli kaksi miljoonaa ihmist\u00e4 tekem\u00e4\u00e4n kotiinsa energiaremontin. EU:n parlamentissa k\u00e4yty \u00e4\u00e4nestys osoitti j\u00e4lleen kerran, ett\u00e4 kaikki mepit eiv\u00e4t aja suomalaisten ja Suomen etua. Keskustan mepit \u00e4\u00e4nestiv\u00e4t j\u00e4rjet\u00f6nt\u00e4 pakkoremontointia vastaan, kokoomuksen mepeist\u00e4 yksi oli puolesta, yksi poissa \u00e4\u00e4nestyksest\u00e4 ja yksi vastaan. Vihre\u00e4t, vasemmisto ja Sdp \u00e4\u00e4nestiv\u00e4t puolesta, yksi Sdp:st\u00e4 oli poissa. Perussuomalaisista yksi vastaan ja yksi oli poissa, Rkp:n edustaja \u00e4\u00e4nesti vastaan. EU:n ei tule p\u00e4\u00e4tt\u00e4\u00e4 suomalaisten kiinteist\u00f6jen energiaremonteista. Kansallisella tasolla on oltava mahdollisuus joustoihin. Jos rakennuksen kunnosta riippumatta 15 % heikkokuntoisimmista rakennuksista velvoitetaan nostamaan D-luokkaan, se tarkoittaa monelle todella kallista remonttia. Suomessa t\u00e4m\u00e4 direktiivi koskisi satojatuhansia asuntoja ja asettaisi kohtuuttomia vaatimuksia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Euroopan parlamentin 705 j\u00e4senest\u00e4 14 on suomalaisia. Pit\u00e4isi olla sanomattakin selv\u00e4\u00e4, ett\u00e4 suomalaisilla mepeill\u00e4 tulisi olla Suomen ja suomalaisten etua koskevissa kysymyksiss\u00e4 yhtenev\u00e4inen kanta. Sen lis\u00e4ksi tarvitaan eritt\u00e4in hyv\u00e4\u00e4 edunvalvontaa, laajoja verkostoja ja maiden rajojen ylitt\u00e4v\u00e4\u00e4 yhteisty\u00f6t\u00e4 yli puoluerajojen. Ensisijaisesti meppien tulee olla Suomen edustajia Euroopan parlamentissa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Direktiivi\u00e4 k\u00e4sitell\u00e4\u00e4n seuraavaksi parlamentin, neuvoston ja komission kolmikantaneuvottelussa.
