Ty\u00f6turvallisuudesta on huolehdittava, mutta hallintos\u00e4\u00e4nt\u00f6\u00e4 ei tule rikkoa. Kirjoituksissani ei ole kyse syyttelyst\u00e4, vaan vaateesta toimia palveluverkkop\u00e4\u00e4t\u00f6sten ja p\u00e4\u00e4tettyjen s\u00e4\u00e4nt\u00f6jen mukaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rahoitus- ja investointijohtaja Kukkonen FL 3.2. haastattelussa totesi, ett\u00e4 sis\u00e4ilmaongelmassa on kyse ihmisen kokemuksesta. Pelk\u00e4st\u00e4\u00e4n yhden ihmisen kokemuksen vuoksi ei voi lopettaa palveluja tai siirt\u00e4\u00e4 niit\u00e4 toisen kunnan alueelle. Kyseess\u00e4 on palveluverkkomuutos, miss\u00e4 p\u00e4\u00e4t\u00e4nt\u00e4valta on aluevaltuustolla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asiaa on viranhaltijoiden mukaan selvitetty kes\u00e4st\u00e4 asti, joten olisi ehditty kysy\u00e4 Yp\u00e4j\u00e4n kunnalta korvaavaa tilaa. N\u00e4in ei Oma H\u00e4me ole toiminut, vaan neuvolapalvelu siirrettiin Jokioisille ainoastaan ilmoittamalla siit\u00e4 Yp\u00e4j\u00e4n kuntaan 18.12.24. Kunta ei ole tarjonnut aiemmin vaihtoehtoista tilaa, koska sill\u00e4 ei ollut tietoa palvelun siirrosta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Onko viranhaltijataho unohtanut palveluverkon m\u00e4\u00e4ritelm\u00e4n? Kanta-H\u00e4meen hyvinvointialue on palveluverkkoselvityksess\u00e4\u00e4n syksyll\u00e4 2023 m\u00e4\u00e4ritellyt palveluverkon: Palveluverkko kuvaa, mit\u00e4 palveluita ja palvelukokonaisuuksia tuotetaan miss\u00e4kin toimitiloissa ja sijainneissa. Puhutaan my\u00f6s toimipisteverkosta, kun halutaan korostaa fyysisten toimipisteiden roolia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e4\u00e4ritelm\u00e4 on selke\u00e4. Samoin se, ett\u00e4 p\u00e4\u00e4t\u00f6svalta palveluverkon muutoksista kuuluu aluevaltuustolle. Aluevaltuusto on p\u00e4\u00e4tt\u00e4nyt \u00e4\u00e4nestyksen j\u00e4lkeen kev\u00e4\u00e4ll\u00e4 -24, ett\u00e4 nykyisin Yp\u00e4j\u00e4ll\u00e4 tuotettavat sote-palvelut tuotetaan vasta vuoden -26 alusta niin sanotulla l\u00e4hipalvelukonseptilla. Selvyydeksi todettakoon, ett\u00e4 sek\u00e4 Yp\u00e4j\u00e4, ett\u00e4 Jokioinen ovat itsen\u00e4isi\u00e4 kuntia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Viel\u00e4kin ep\u00e4selv\u00e4ksi j\u00e4\u00e4, miksi my\u00f6s Tammelasta on vastoin aluevaltuuston p\u00e4\u00e4t\u00f6st\u00e4 ja hallintos\u00e4\u00e4nt\u00f6\u00e4 jo nyt siirretty neuvolapalvelut Forssaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yp\u00e4j\u00e4n kunta on sittemmin ehdottanut Oma H\u00e4meelle kunnasta korvaavia tiloja neuvolatoiminnalle. Toivottavasti nyt kunnan kanssa neuvotellaan asiallisesti.
